Since 1927, Bigelow-Liptak has been a leading supplier of engineering, equipment and materials for high-temperature processes in mineral processing, petrochemical, refineries, and many other industrial facilities. We strive to produce equipment with long, trouble-free service life, while providing the highest level of safety for our customers¢â‚¬â„¢ personnel and plants. We can design systems to most worldwide standards, including AGA, ANSI, ASME, CE, CGA, FM, IRI, and NFPA.
Our services range from the design and supply of complete custom-engineered process combustion systems to specialized refractory linings. Our scope of products include hot gas generators, liquid and gaseous thermal oxidizers, ground flares for sewage treatment digesters and landfill sites, pyroscrubbers for coke calciners, catalyst activators for the preparation of catalyst consumed in the production of high density polyethylene (HDPE), rotary kiln burners, fuel handling systems together with ancillary products such as igniters, custom valve trains and burner management systems.
As a complement to our design group, our knowledgeable service department offers commissioning and maintenance assistance, in addition to operator training. Our spare parts department can provide replacement parts for all of our equipment; common items are held in inventory and can often be shipped the same day.
As a subsidiary of The Stebbins Engineering and Manufacturing Company, Bigelow-Liptak has added financial strength and engineering expertise to provide our quality products and services to our valued customers on a continuing basis.
We have supplied equipment for industrial processes which require a controlled source of hot flue gases; Bigelow-Liptak has developed a complete line of hot air furnaces fired by gas, oil, coal or a variety of waste fuels.
